  Being new to the area and not knowing any real estate agents, we chose Gwen based solely on online reviews, and they did not lead us astray. Gwen found us the perfect home, in the perfect location, in a tough seller’s market. We wanted to act quickly so that we could be settled before starting our new jobs, but there was almost nothing on the market that met our criteria and those homes that did went quickly. Gwen spent her first day with us showing us houses that we had identified online as being of interest. Most of them were okay, but none were perfect for us. Our second day together, Gwen surprised us by taking us to a house that was not on our list because it had not yet been put on the market. The house was wonderful. Gwen had listened to everything we wanted and found us the perfect house. Although late in the day on a Sunday, Gwen went back to the office to put together our offer and worked throughout the evening to facilitate getting our offer accepted. We were thrilled when she called us at 10:30 pm to tell us that the sellers had accepted our offer. Since buying our house Gwen has been a wonderful resource for information on the area and various service providers. We are always happy when we hire the individuals she recommends.

  Gwen quickly understood the specific requirements that I had outlined for my home. Consequently, she did not waste time proposing houses that did not meet the majority of my criteria. My search presented an unusual problem in that I wanted a particular type of structure, and I wanted to live in a specific area. Unfortunately, the type of home I sought was not readily available where I wanted to reside. So while Gwen could have abandoned my search, instead, she patiently and thoroughly reviewed listings in the greater Philadelphia area and all over the Main Line, identifying only those which would match my needs. I knew that after each showing, she was winnowing her understanding of what I was seeking. Ultimately, she found a house I absolutely love, and she shepherded me - who was buying my first home as a single woman - through all of the aspects of the purchase. Gwen was invaluable as a partner in this attenuated and sensitive process.

  Gwen helped my husband and I buy our first home. We met her at a showing of one of the many houses we decided to check out and immediately gravitated to her unlike any other realtor we had met. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with all of the tools and resources necessary to understand the housing market. As first time buyers we had many questions and she was able to provide very clear and concise answers that we were able to understand having very limited real estate knowledge ourselves. She was very patient with us and by the time we were through with the purchase it was like she had become a member of our family. Any issues that arose during the buying process, Gwen went to bat in our honor and represented our wishes and values. She made sure every loose end was tied and even checks in with us now that we are situated and moved into our new home. I cannot say enough kind things about Gwen after all she has done for us. I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
